Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Jason brings over a decade of experience working in the
market research industry. Throughout his career, Jason has successfully helped numerous
clients achieve their business goals through successful implementation of Market
Research and Business Intelligence solutions. Jason has extensive experience in
market research technologies as a consultant, and instructor and has a deep understanding
of the market research process from serving in several operational roles in market
research agencies.
Most recently Jason was with SPSS Inc. the market leader in delivering
technology solutions to the market research industry, through the IBM Data
Collection (formerly SPSS Dimensions) technology
platform. His latest role was as Technical Account Manager, in which he developed
innovative solutions for leading market research organizations including Millward
Brown, NOP, and Procter and Gamble. Jason has developed innovative applications
enabling organizations to take full advantage of the power of IBM Data
Collection.
Angela Spackman

Angela Spackman has 15 years experience in the market research industry. She’s worked
in a variety of roles from telephone interviewing to survey and tabulation programming.
While working at market research firms, Angela gained extensive experience with
SPSS’ legacy market research technologies including Quantum, Quanvert, and Quancept
CATI.
Most recently, Angela was with SPSS Inc. working in the training department.
Over the seven years she worked at SPSS, she was responsible for developing and
delivering both public and customized training for the legacy market research technologies
and Dimensions products. She was part of the 2006 SPSS Enterprise Solutions Team
of the Year for her work on the IBM Data Collection (formerly SPSS Dimensions) platform.
Angela brings to Verge consulting
her “full picture” of the market research industry and shares her experience in
her training courses. Her teaching
methods combine her experience, enthusiasm, and
ability to work with a variety of students from across market research organizations,
enabling her clients to adapt and thrive in their IBM Data Collection environment.
James Corriveau

Jamey has worked in the survey and market research industry for over 19 years. Most recently,
he worked for 14 years at SPSS Inc. in a variety of technical and marketing roles,
including Director of Product Marketing, Manager of Solutions Architects, and as
Systems Engineer, focused on the IBM Data Collection (formerly SPSS Dimensions) platform.
He was instrumental
in the rollout of IBM Data Collection across the globe, and has worked
with global marketing
research agencies developing solutions on the IBM Data Collection platform.
He has extensive
experience and knowledge of the business issues facing today’s market researchers
and is a frequent speaker at market research industry events including IIR, the ARF,
and the American Marketing Association. Prior to joining SPSS, Jamey worked
in various production positions, including scriptwriter, specwriter, systems administrator,
and lead programmer for three research companies.
